Stand design for RADICI at EquipHotel | 11-15 November 2018

 

The architectural language of the project combines the use of simple shapes and a metaphysical atmosphere, inspired by the works of the painter Giorgio De Chirico.

All this is done through a contemporary ‘Instagram-friendly’ approach by using well-defined volumes, the main colour pink, and a black and white contrasting pattern.

Radici products are shown through an unusual perspective: the carpet covering is also present on the walls, where a sky with clouds, printed on the ‘SHINING’ velvet product, is the background to the pink arched walls of the stand.

The floor and the stairs are covered in ‘BLOOM’, a carpet made with ECONYL thread and printed with a black & white geometric pattern, while the water-effect material in the central pool is made using ‘PRINTURF’ synthetic grass printing.

The result is a stand with essential geometries, a space where reality and imagination merge together and where visitors become the protagonists of the scene.
